Our Front Office Staff

Michelle

Profile MichelleMichelle completed the dental assitant program at South Puget Sound Community College in 1993 and began working as a dental assistant for CDAC in 1994. After ten years of dental assisting, she transitioned to the front office where she performs general office administration functions with a special focus on patient scheduling.

Michelle describes herself as a "huge" Mariner's fan and enjoys spending time with her family, preferably outdoors.

Lois

Profile LoisLois has worked in dental office administration since 1979. She joined the front office team at CDAC in 2000 where she focuses primarily on insurance processing and maintenance of patient records.

In her free time, Lois enjoys gardening, watching sports, and spending time with her family.

Sue

Profile SueSue has worked in dental offrice administration since 1968. She is the most senior member of CDAC havng started working for Dr. Cooper's predecessor in 1978. She served as CDAC's full-time office manager from 1986 through 2009. Recently, she has limited her work to part-time as she inches toward retirement. She currently handles the bookkeeping functions for CDAC.

Sue and her husband Bill love to travel and count trips to France, Italy, London, and Greece among their favorites. They also enjoy spending time with their two daughters and three grandchildren.

Magen

Magen

Magen is the newest member of the staff at CDAC and is working part-time with Lois and Michelle in the front office. Prior to working at CDAC, Magen graduated from the dental assisting program at South Puget Sound Community College and worked as an orthodontic assistant.

Magen enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and watching sports.
